Crafted at the historic Barton 1792 Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky, this distinctive release celebrates the tradition of Bottled-in-Bond whiskey, delivering a robust flavour profile with a satisfying balance of spice, oak and sweetness.

Bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV), this expression follows the Bottled-in-Bond tradition, which requires whiskey to be produced at one distillery during a single distilling season, aged for at least four years in a bonded warehouse and bottled at exactly 100 proof. The result is a full-flavoured bourbon with the bold character that 1792 is known for. 

Tasting Notes

  • Nose: Warm bourbon spice with hints of charred oak and fresh mint.

  • Palate: Subtle caramel apple sweetness balanced by rich oak and lively spice.
