A Drop From Oumi Rice 17% 720ml
Made from Oumi rice, a premium rice that is ethically grown in the Shiga Prefecture, this dry sake pairs well with sashimi and other lighter fresh seafood dishes.

Nose: Aromas are fairly neutral with meringue and nougat supported by some yellow melon and starfruit peeking through. While initially it's quite restrained, with air the floral jasmine and white leaf tea notes emerge.

Palate: Similarly restrained flavours are present on the palate, notes of white nougat, white chocolate, and jasmine florals, all very pure and refined.

Finish: An incredibly crisp and clean in profile, perhaps looking more wine like than some of the more robust earthy sake styles.
