The second release in Arran's acclaimed Signature Series, Barrel Bonfire explores the distillery's heavily peated side while showcasing the remarkable influence of quarter cask maturation. Distilled in 2012 and matured initially in ex-bourbon barrels before spending over five years in rare Koval bourbon quarter casks, this limited-edition release delivers an intense yet beautifully balanced combination of smoke, oak, and Arran's signature fruit-forward character. The whisky is peated to 42ppm and bottled  without chill filtration or added colouring
