Crafted using Australian-grown barley and matured in Chardonnay casks from the Adelaide Hills, this distinctive expression showcases the beautiful relationship between Australian whisky and local wine-barrel maturation. The Chardonnay casks bring vibrant fruit character, freshness and a rich, rounded texture to the whisky.

The palate is bright and beautifully layered, with flavours of sweet peach, tropical fruit and orchard fruits, complemented by cereal, soft leather and buttery richness. Gentle floral notes and lively acidity add freshness, while the wine-cask influence creates a long, warming finish.
