Ballykeefe Single Malt Irish Whiskey is a premium craft whiskey produced at the family-owned Ballykeefe Distillery in County Kilkenny, Ireland. Made exclusively from 100% Irish malted barley grown on the Ballykeefe family farm, it is triple distilled in traditional copper pot stills before maturing in a carefully selected combination of ex-bourbon and virgin American oak casks. Bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered and with natural colour, it delivers a beautifully balanced whiskey that showcases the quality of its locally grown ingredients and traditional Irish craftsmanship.

Rich and smooth on the palate, it opens with notes of honey, vanilla and ripe orchard fruits, followed by layers of creamy malt, toasted oak and gentle baking spices. Hints of caramel, citrus zest and roasted almonds add depth and complexity, while the finish is long, elegant and warming with lingering vanilla, oak and soft spice.
