Ballykeefe Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is a premium Irish whiskey crafted at the family-owned Ballykeefe Distillery in County Kilkenny. Produced using a traditional mash bill of malted and unmalted Irish barley grown on the family's own farm, it is triple distilled in copper pot stills and matured in a carefully selected combination of ex-bourbon and virgin American oak casks. Bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered and with natural colour, it delivers a rich and authentic expression of Ireland's iconic single pot still whiskey style.

Smooth and full-bodied on the palate, it reveals vibrant notes of honey, vanilla and orchard fruits, layered with flavours of toasted oak, baking spices and creamy malt. Hints of caramel, roasted nuts and gentle pepper add complexity, while the finish is long, warming and beautifully balanced with lingering spice and sweet oak.
