Beresford Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 is a premium single-vineyard red sourced exclusively from the Beresford Estate Vineyard in the cool Blewitt Springs sub-region of McLaren Vale. Low-yielding vines and meticulous parcel selection allow the fruit to express exceptional purity, while maturation in a combination of seasoned American and French oak adds depth and complexity. The result is a classic McLaren Vale Cabernet Sauvignon with remarkable structure, elegance and ageing potential.

Full-bodied and beautifully balanced, the palate reveals concentrated flavours of blackcurrant, ripe black cherry, dried plum and cassis, complemented by notes of dark chocolate, eucalyptus and subtle oak spice. Fine, velvety tannins and vibrant natural acidity provide impressive length and a refined finish, making this an excellent companion to grilled beef, roast lamb or aged hard cheeses.
