Rich and full-bodied Kentucky straight bourbon drawn from a single barrel, meaning each batch has subtle uniqueness. Batch 237 typically shows the classic Blanton’s profile: warm caramel and vanilla upfront, layered with honey, toasted oak, and a touch of orange peel. Mid-palate brings baking spice—cinnamon and clove—with light nutty notes. The finish is smooth but lingering, with oak, sweet corn, and a gentle peppery spice that builds slightly as it fades.

Overall impression: elegant, slightly sweet, and well-balanced, with more depth and spice than a standard small-batch bourbon, and that signature single-barrel variation that makes each bottle slightly different.
