Crafted at Midleton Distillery and matured for a minimum of seven years in a combination of bourbon casks, sherry butts, and Madeira casks, this cask-strength release delivers exceptional depth, richness, and intensity.

Bottled at natural cask strength, Blue Spot offers a vibrant nose of tropical fruits, orchard fruits, vanilla, toasted oak, and warming spices. The palate is full-bodied and complex, revealing layers of ripe peach, green apple, honey, dark chocolate, cinnamon, nutmeg, and rich oak. The finish is long, warming, and satisfyingly spicy, making it an excellent choice for sipping neat or with a few drops of water.
