Bunnahabhain 16 Year Old 2004 Carn Mor Celebration Of The Cask 3713 700ml

The Carn Mor Celebration of the Cask range of Single Cask Whisky from the family-owned independent bottlers, Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers, are a very limited range from distilleries all over Scotland. All the bottles are numbered and once they are gone they cannot be replaced as they are from one-off bottlings from a single cask. The Carn Mor Celebration of the Cask Scotch Whiskies are bottled at cask strength and are all non-chill filtered.

This 16 year old single cask scotch whisky was distilled at the Bunnahabhain distillery on Islay in 2004 before spending 16 years in a single ex-sherry butt. The cask (#3713) produced 534 bottles of malt at a natural cask strength of 52.7% ABV. 

Expect something bold and beautiful with smoked bacon and soft spice character.
