The Chaquira Reserva de El Jaguar brand of tequilas honours the Huichol art, colours, and culture of Mexico. The Huicholes are indigenous peoples living in the mountainous areas of northern Jalisco and parts of Nayarit in North Central Mexico in the towns of San Andreas, Santa Catarina and San Sebastian. Huicholes as a name is derived from the word Wirráka meaning soothsayer or medicine. Huichol modern beadwork consists of masks and wood sculptures covered in small brightly coloured beads fastened with wax and resin. The Chaquira bottles reflect this art style with their vibrancy and patterns. The Reposado bottle in particular is covered in an array of green beading around the jaguar head crafted by hand.

Indulge in the rich and complex flavours of Chaquira Reposado Tequila, a premium spirit that has been aged in oak casks for up to a year to achieve the perfect balance of smoothness and depth. This tequila has a very slight herbaceousness with a clean, grassy and buttery aroma. It is gives notes of cooked agave with slight apple, citrus, vanilla and some light tropicals. Crafted with 100% of the finest blue agave harvested from the highlands of Jalisco, this tequila is distilled with precision and care to create a robust yet velvety texture that caresses the palate.
