Fans of powerful, sherry matured malts will be looking forward to tasting Cotswold's latest. Throughout its relatively short history, the distillery have aged their whisky in a variety of casks made from different woods (both Spanish and American oak), in different sizes (250-litre Hogsheads and 500-litre Butts) and seasoned with different wines (dry Oloroso and sweet Pedro Ximénez). Every year they create a blend from these various cask types with the aim of delivering the ultimate sherried whisky experience. 9900 bottles are on offer at natural strength.
