The Dalmore 12 Year Old Sherry Cask Select is a luxurious Highland single malt that showcases The Dalmore’s renowned expertise in sherry cask maturation. Initially matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, the whisky is then selectively finished in a combination of rare sherry casks—including Apostoles, Amoroso and Matusalem Oloroso casks sourced from González Byass in Jerez, Spain. This layered maturation creates exceptional richness, depth and elegance while retaining The Dalmore’s signature smooth character.

Full-bodied and beautifully rounded on the palate, it opens with notes of dried figs, raisins and candied orange peel, followed by layers of dark chocolate, roasted coffee, toffee and sweet spice. Hints of cinnamon, nutmeg and polished oak add complexity, while the finish is long, velvety and warming with lingering sherry sweetness and rich oak.
