Glasgow 1770 Original is the inaugural single malt from the award-winning Glasgow Distillery, marking the revival of single malt whisky production in the city of Glasgow after more than a century. Crafted using the finest Concerto malted barley and the exceptionally pure waters of Loch Katrine, this premium single malt undergoes a minimum 72-hour fermentation and slow distillation before maturing in first-fill ex-bourbon casks and finishing in virgin American oak. Bottled at 46% ABV, it is non-chill filtered and presented in its natural colour, delivering a vibrant and authentic Lowland-style whisky.

Elegant and beautifully balanced, the palate opens with notes of honey, vanilla and tropical fruits, followed by layers of orchard apple, pear and creamy toffee. The virgin oak finish contributes hints of toasted coconut, cinnamon and gentle baking spices, while the long, silky finish lingers with sweet malt, oak and delicate citrus.
