Glenmorangie Tùsail is the sixth release in the acclaimed Private Edition series and pays tribute to the ancient art of malting. Named after the Gaelic word for "originary" or "original," Tùsail is crafted using rare Maris Otter barley, a heritage grain variety prized for its rich flavour and traditional character. Created by Dr. Bill Lumsden, this limited-edition Highland single malt explores how barley variety can influence whisky flavour, resulting in a uniquely malty and characterful expression.

Rich and textured on the palate, it showcases flavours of malted biscuits, honey, toffee and freshly baked bread, complemented by notes of orange marmalade, pear, dates and gentle spice. Layers of nutty sweetness and subtle oak develop throughout, leading to a long, warming finish with lingering cereal richness and soft fruit notes. The distinctive use of Maris Otter barley creates a whisky with exceptional depth and a noticeably fuller malt profile than the classic Glenmorangie style.
