This exclusive edition has been curated to perfection by marrying malts matured for a significantly long duration of 11 Years in ex-Bordeaux Red Wine Casks, in the distinctive sub-tropical terroir of northern India.

What sets this spirit apart is the accelerated maturation brought on by India’s warmer climate. Unlike traditional whisky-producing regions, the intense heat and humidity of India lead to greater interaction between spirit and wood, deepening the complexity of flavor. Over the course of 11 years, this whisky has developed a bold character far beyond its age.

Moreover, India’s high angel’s share—often exceeding 10–12% per year—means that a significant volume of spirit evaporates during maturation. This natural process concentrates the remaining liquid, resulting in a richer, more robust whisky. Each drop of Indri Founder's Reserve is a testament to patience, precision, and the unique Indian aging environment that shapes its singular profile.
