Unlike conventional gin, KYOYA uses a Japanese sweet potato shochu base, giving the spirit added body and subtle sweetness. It is infused with yuzu citrus, juniper berries, sansho pepper, ginger, cucumber, coriander, cloves, hebesu and hyuganatsu citrus, creating a beautifully layered flavour profile. 

The nose bursts with fresh yuzu zest and lively citrus aromas, complemented by fragrant juniper. On the palate, bright, tangy citrus meets gentle sweetness, earthy depth and a distinctive peppery kick from Japanese sansho. The finish is crisp, dry and refreshing, with lingering citrus and subtle herbal spice.
