Crafted at LARK’s Cambridge Distillery in Tasmania, Devil’s Storm is matured in first-fill vintage Port and Sherry casks from Seppeltsfield, before being finished in American Oak and specially seasoned casks this expressive single malt balances rich sweetness, dark fruit and subtle smoke with impressive depth and complexity. 

The nose opens with stewed plums, wildflower honey, scorched orange and roasted pecans, lifted by delicate cacao notes. The palate reveals dark chocolate, juicy blackberries, caramel fondant and charred peaches, complemented by refined peat smoke. A lingering finish of old oak, burnt maple syrup, sticky toffee pudding and toasted sesame brittle rounds out this memorable dram.
