"The fact that we're using 200 year old oak, it's very much sought after and reserved for very special whiskies, so it's a very proud moment to see how LARK Single Malt works so well alongside Mizunara." - Bill Lark
"It did take us four years, since our 2021 release to secure these barrels. They are incredibly rare, and they are incredibly sought after and for me this is a truly unique whisky experience, like no other whisky on the planet, an absolutely sensational drinking experience." - Chris Thomson
"The first thing that really hits home with me is the nose, I've never had a whisky with such a beautiful; rich, rounded nose that is so complex I find it hard to describe. There are all those lovely fruity spicy notes that you expect from Mizunara. It leads you into tasting it and builds beautifully across the palate. I describe this whisky as being elegant in it's nature, it's the sort of whisky when i have one dram, i want to keep having another." - Bill Lark
"What I love about how all of it comes together, the richness of LARK's spirit, a little bit of LARK's peat smoke from our very own highland peat moor. And it just comes together in this beautiful warming sensation, it just lifts off the palate and it keeps going and rolling and rolling. It's such a luscious finish, i'm so happy with it." - Chris Thomson, LARK Head Distiller and Master Blender
