Inspired by the stillness of frost-laced mornings and the warmth of fireside gatherings, this release is a bold tribute to the Winter Solstice festival—where light, flavour, and craft converge.

This small-batch expression is carefully distilled and infused with a rich tapestry of flavours that reflect the Tasmanian winter landscape. Deep notes of toasted oak and burnt toffee intertwine with hints of spiced orange peel, vanilla bean, and a subtle touch of smoked spice. A delicate whisper of sea الهواء and mineral salt lingers on the finish, echoing the rugged coastline surrounding Launceston.
