Michel Couvreur Blossoming Auld Sherried is an exceptional single cask single malt whisky, distilled in Scotland and matured in Burgundy, France, in a fresh cream sherry oak cask. Michel Couvreur is renowned for placing enormous emphasis on cask maturation, and this expression demonstrates the rich influence of sherry-seasoned oak. Before bottling, the natural cask strength of 51% ABV is reduced to 45% ABV.

The whisky displays a deep amber colour with reddish hues and an intensely aromatic profile of sherry, flowers, vanilla and dried fruits. Rich yet beautifully balanced, the palate combines sherry warmth with sweet malt, dried fruit and gentle oak, leading to a long, mellow and lingering finish. A sophisticated choice for whisky enthusiasts who appreciate heavily sherried, cask-driven single malts.
