Nimome is a unique drink made from rice, volcanic rock water, and tangerine peels sourced from Jeju Island. Jeju's local tangerines are harvested at the perfect time of the season and then dried to extract their full scent and taste. The subtle hint of tangerines complements the savoury flavour of grain and the bitterness of alcohol in this Yakju. The term "Nimome," which means "in your heart" in the Jeju dialect, embodies the kind and sharing spirit of the Jeju people. Fresh tangerines from Jeju Island are used to craft this exceptional drink.
