Paul Giraud Très Rare is an exceptional Grande Champagne Cognac crafted by the family-owned Maison Paul Giraud in the heart of Cognac's premier cru. Produced exclusively from Ugni Blanc grapes grown on the estate's vineyards, this rare expression is distilled on the lees in traditional Charentais copper pot stills and matured for decades in French Limousin oak casks. The extended ageing creates remarkable depth, elegance and complexity, making it a prized Cognac for collectors and connoisseurs alike.

Exceptionally smooth and richly layered, the palate reveals luxurious notes of dried apricot, fig and candied orange, complemented by flavours of vanilla, honey and roasted almonds. Delicate rancio characteristics emerge alongside hints of dark chocolate, cigar box, leather and warming spice, while the finish is extraordinarily long, silky and refined with lingering oak, dried fruit and gentle floral notes.
