Penfolds Grange Shiraz 2021 is the latest release of Australia’s most iconic and collectible wine, renowned for its bold character, cellar-worthy structure, and unmistakable Penfolds style. Crafted predominantly from Shiraz, with a small percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon, this vintage continues the Grange tradition of opulence, power, and ageability.

In the glass, it presents a deep, inky crimson hue. Aromatically intense, it opens with layers of dark plum, blackberry compote, and black licorice, interwoven with mocha, anise, smoked meats, and subtle notes of sandalwood and new American oak. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and richly textured, showcasing concentrated black fruits, dark chocolate, espresso, and savoury undertones.
