Matured for at least 15 years, this premium Irish whiskey brings together three distinct cask influences: American Bourbon barrels, Spanish Oloroso Sherry casks and Sicilian Marsala wine casks. The result is an expressive whiskey that balances rich fruit sweetness, toasted oak and distinctive pot still spice.
The nose reveals baked apple, ripe mango, black cherry and warming pot still spices, complemented by hazelnut and toasted oak. On the palate, enjoy layers of ripe fruit, dried fruits, sweet red pepper and cracked black pepper, with rich barley character adding depth. The finish is exceptionally long, with lingering fruit sweetness, warming spice and oak.
