On the nose, Sakurao Sherry Cask reveals intoxicating notes of raisins and cocoa, inviting further sensory exploration. On the palate, you'll be carried away by an explosion of fruity and vinous flavors, with nuances of dark cherry and orange, enhanced by a hint of peat aroma. The finish gives way to a woody fragrance, accompanied by a deep, bittersweet aftertaste that lingers delicately on the palate.

This exceptional whisky has a dark amber color, underlining its richness and depth. With an alcohol content of 50%, it offers a rich, powerful tasting experience. Aged in two types of hogshead sherry casks, it acquires a dark red hue and a complexity of flavors that will delight the most demanding whisky lovers.

The Sakurao distillery, located in Hatsukaichi, Hiroshima, enjoys a privileged location between the Seto Inland Sea and the Chugoku Mountains.
