The perfectly blended London Dry Gin feels like a signature spirit from Sipsmith. Without the overly floral notes of other gins, this blend has forward juniper notes followed by pronounced citrus flavours like lemon zest and orange marmalade. This is a drier type of gin, crafted from traditional botanicals that give London gin its distinctive character. A subtle hint of almonds and perfect balance round out the flavours. This gin is ideal for a dirty martini and fresh olive juice or smooth enough for a refreshing gin & tonic with a squeeze of tart lime juice. The slight aromas of cinnamon and coriander don't overwhelm a traditional gin cocktail.
