TANICA Australian Native Plum Aperitif is a modern Australian aperitif crafted with native Davidson’s plum and strawberry gum leaf, creating a bright, tart and juicy expression with a distinctly Australian character. Fresh botanicals including orange, mint, cinnamon, angelica and orris add aromatic complexity, while gentian and cane sugar provide a balanced bittersweet finish.

On the nose, expect orange blossom, strawberry and cherry, followed by a fruity, tangy and bittersweet palate with refreshing acidity and a bright finish. TANICA is particularly well suited to spritzes, mixed with Prosecco and soda, but can also be enjoyed with tonic or soda, or used as a lighter Australian twist on a Negroni. It is also gluten-free, vegan and contains no artificial sweeteners or preservatives.
