The Busker Single Malt is a modern classic — expressive, composed, and disarmingly gentle. In the glass, it glows with golden promise. The nose is tender and melodic: green pear, wildflower honey, fresh malted barley, and a delicate breeze of lemon zest and vanilla pod. The scent is elegant, with just a hint of spice — like the preface of a novel that hooks you without showing off.

Sip and it’s all about balance. Honeyed grains give way to soft peach, almond nougat, and a bright citrus lift. There’s vanilla cream from the bourbon casks, a dried fruit warmth from the Sherry, and a creamy roundness that ties it all together. The mouthfeel is smooth, almost buttery, but there’s a whisper of oak in the background, lending quiet depth.

Mid-palate, it opens up more: gentle spice — white pepper, nutmeg — followed by chamomile and malted biscuit. It has presence without aggression, and just enough tension to keep it interesting.
