Created by Master Blender Dr Rachel Barrie, this distinctive single malt draws inspiration from Parisian artistry, grand boulevards and traditional French patisseries.
Combining The Glendronach’s signature maturation in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks with a luxurious finish in French Cognac casks, this exceptional expression brings together rich dried-fruit character, delicate floral notes and indulgent pastry sweetness. Bottled at a robust 49% ABV, it offers a sophisticated and distinctive take on the distillery’s renowned Highland style.
Tasting Notes

Nose: Honeyed grapes, ripe plums and apple tarte Tatin combine with fragrant elderflower, sherry-soaked raisins and gentle warming spice.

Palate: Baked fig pastry, glazed walnuts and Medjool dates unfold into juicy peach, creamy lemon pastry and delicate floral notes.

Finish: Long and elegant, with lingering nutty complexity, rich chocolate truffle and gentle oak spice.
