Aged in barrels hand-selected by Craig Wilson, Master of Malt, & finished in three distinct barrel types: refill, sherry & bourbon. A whisky that is smooth in texture with predominantly sweet notes. Hints of honey & vanilla coupled with fresh pear on a faint base of wood ash. Enjoy it neat or with a drop of water.
