This Limited Release is crafted from a mash bill of 79% corn, 7% rye, and 14% malted barley, delivering a harmonious balance of sweetness, gentle spice, and rich oak character. Aged on the cool, humid second floor of the rickhouse, the barrel’s environment encourages deep wood interaction, mellowing the proof from 125 to 120 and enhancing its complex texture and chocolate notes.
